Private label sea moss gel

The short answer

We can supply wildcrafted sea moss gel, gold or purple, under your brand, in jars or pouches, across the flavor range. You choose the artwork and the flavors; the ingredient list, the Supplement Facts panel and the iodine notice stay as they are, because those are the label's legal furniture.

Putting your name on a chilled supplement means taking on a set of obligations, not just a design brief. Here is the honest version of what you would be signing up for, and what we will and will not print for you.

How it works

  1. You tell us the range

Which flavors, which formats, which sizes, and roughly what volume per month.

  2. We confirm what is possible

Not every flavor exists in every size, and some combinations need a longer lead time.

  3. Artwork

You supply your brand assets. We supply the required panels as a locked layer and the artwork is built around them.

  4. Proof and approval

You approve a printed proof before anything runs. Nothing goes to print on a screen approval.

  5. Production and documentation

You get the manufacturer specification, and the batch analysis when it is issued. Keep both on file — if your label states a nutrient figure, that analysis is what stands behind it.

What is yours and what is ours

The split is not negotiable, and the reason is regulatory rather than commercial.

01

What we will not print

The short list that has cost other people in this category a great deal of money.

We will not print, on a label or in artwork we produce, any statement that the product addresses a medical condition. Not in a headline, not in a tagline, not in small print on the back.

We will not print mineral counts that are not supported by an analysis of the batch in that jar — including the very popular number you have seen repeated across this whole category, which has no study behind it and is the claim regulators quote back at sea moss sellers most often.

We will not describe the product as approved by any regulator, because dietary supplements are not approved. We will not print storage or shelf-life wording that goes beyond our manufacturer's documentation. And we will not print an environmental or certification claim without the certificate to match it.

None of this is us being difficult. A label is the one part of your product that a regulator reads first, and a payment processor reads second. We would rather have this conversation at the artwork stage than after your account is frozen.

Volumes and lead time

Quoted per project, because the honest answer depends on three things.

Minimums and lead times move with the format, the flavor count and whether you need new artwork printed or are reusing an existing die. A single flavor in one size is a different project from four flavors across two formats.

Tell us the shape of what you want in the form below and you will get real numbers rather than a range wide enough to be useless. If the volume is not there yet, we will say so and point you at plain wholesale, which is the sensible way to test a shelf before you commit to printing your name on it.

Tell us about the project

Flavors, formats, volume per month, and whether you already have artwork. That is enough for a real first reply.

United States only. Artwork is built around the required panels, which stay as they are.

Questions

White label questions

Can I use my own flavor?

Not on a first run. We work from the existing range, and a new flavor is a formulation and documentation project rather than a packaging one.

Can I write my own marketing copy?

Yes, within the account terms — which rule out claims that the product addresses a medical condition and mineral figures that are not backed by a batch analysis. We will give you copy that is already inside those lines if you want a starting point.

Whose name goes on the label as the manufacturer?

That is set by the regulations rather than by preference, and it is one of the first things we will walk you through. Ask in the inquiry.

Do I get the certificate of analysis?

You get the documentation that exists, and you should insist on it. If your label states a figure for a nutrient, the analysis is what stands behind that figure — and it is you the question lands on.

How long does it take?

It depends on artwork and flavor count more than on production. Send the project shape and you will get a real schedule.

Can I start with plain wholesale and move to white label later?

That is the order we would recommend. Test the shelf with our jars, learn which flavors move, then print your own. Wholesale is here.

Your brand, our paperwork.

The panels stay as they are. Everything above them is yours.
