Where it comes from
It grows wild on rocky shores.
Sea moss is a red alga that grows on rocky shorelines. Ours is wildcrafted — gathered wild rather than farmed — and prepared into a gel you keep refrigerated after opening.
-
Wildcrafted
Sourced from the waters of Ireland, as the label says.
-
Into the fridge
Keep refrigerated after opening, as the label says.

The whole ritual is thirty seconds.
No blender, no recipe. A spoonful straight from the jar, morning and night.

Step one
Open the jar
Once it's open, it lives in the fridge.

Step two
A spoonful, morning
One spoonful, straight. Before coffee, before anything.

Step three
And one at night
One more before bed, then back in the fridge.
The label says 1–2 tablespoons daily. Prefer it in something? Stir it into a smoothie, juice or your favorite beverage.

Straight answers

Before you start
Sea moss concentrates iodine from seawater. That matters for some people.
Sea moss is a natural source of iodine, and the amount varies between harvests. If you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before adding it to your routine.
